Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment.

  2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to secure talent. The remaining balance is due at least 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by the client must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur additional charges.

  4. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions).

  5. Talent Substitution: In the rare event of talent cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or issue a refund.

  6. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure a safe and professional environment for all talent. Technical and hospitality requirements (riders) must be met as agreed.

  7. Intellectual Property: All media or promotional materials involving talent must be approved beforehand and may be subject to usage fees.

  8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
